Micro Milling was formed in 1995, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the sand processing business which began in 1974. With assistance from European expertise, we progressed into manufacturing sand/ cement blends. 

While we began with just one product and one production line and five employees, today we are proud to have grown our capacity to include four production lines  manufacturing eleven different products and employ more than 70 persons across our manufacturing operations

Initially a family run operation, we have since built a dynamic management team of people who share the desire to build an increasingly competitive brand that is underpinned by a focus on quality,  research and development (R&D), nurturing good customer relationships and providing good service. 

Since our inception we have been dedicated to research, testing and continuous improvement in developing our range of products and continuously improving our manufacturing processes. Our quality assurance begins with our in-house testing and preparation of our own sand/aggregates used in our various products and all our products have been proven to meet the very precise requirements of the regional construction industry.

As part of our dedication to quality we have over time invested significantly in upgrading our plant and equipment, including our own inhouse laboratory which is integral to our daily quality assurance tests and underpins our emphasis in attaining product certification to internationally recognised American and European standards.

It is our continued focus on developing quality products and providing good service to our customers that has enabled Micro Milling to become a leading manufacturer of cement-based tile adhesives.

Over time we have diversified and expanded our product array to now include four (4) types of tile adhesives, two (2) formats of Tile Grout in Sanded and Unsanded options, and five (5) special purpose products – Self Levelling  Concrete in underlayment and final wear surface options, Concrete mix, Plaster mix and Sandstone Render. 

With our dynamism and continuous assessment of the changing market demands in our industry and the support of our loyal customers we hope to continue to expand growth of our product offerings and our regional export footprint  which now includes Guyana and Suriname in South America, Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands in the North and the Dutch Antilles.
